7. Limitation of Liability

  • Web-O-Wiz is not responsible for losses resulting from:

    • Client misuse or unauthorized modifications of delivered work.

    • Security breaches beyond reasonable preventive measures.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all project-related and business information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is legally required.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

  • In case of termination, the client must pay for completed work and outstanding balances.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Web-O-Wiz may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or services to complete projects.

  • We are not liable for failures or limitations caused by third-party providers.
